IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN BUYING A SUNBED FROM US:

If you are buying a sunbed from us, we will supply a 3 months parts and labour warranty, ex-cluding perpex's on the sunbed/s you have purchased.

NOTE: If for some reason you have had a third party ( another sunbed company ) look at the sunbed for repairs, servicing and basically just having a look at the insides during the warranty peroid, your warranty will be void immediately, this also includes elecrticians you may know or whom have worked for you.

All of our sunbeds carry a VOID sticker which is tamper proof, once removed it will show the sunbed as been tampered with and in turn will VOID your warranty with us, wether it was removed by accident or by a third party it will still be classed as a VOID warranty regardless ( No Exceptions Whatsoever )

If, after the 3 months ( Warranty ) as expired, we can and will still do all the servicing, repairs and re-tubing of the sunbed equipment at cost.

The warranty starts from the date we install the sunbed, with or without electric to the sunbed location or equipment.

The electric supply should be in place so you and us can see the sunbed equipment fully working before our engineers leave your premises and sign the sunbed over to you working, if no electric is in place for you to see this, the warranty will still start the date we installed and delivered the sunbed to your chosen address.

You will be asked to sign for the sunbed equipment on delivery and installation, wether you have electric in place or not to power the sunbed/s.

We sometimes use "sub-contracted" engineers to install our sunbed equipment and it is them and us whom hold the right to remove the VOID stickers only, and to carry out installations, repairs and servicing, in turn a VOID sticker will be replaced once all work in carried out and you will be asked to sign once all work is completed.
