Please print this page for your electrician.

After you have decided which sunbed/s are great for your business, you will need to install: (see your electrician for more information).

Note: You must pay for the electric supply by a qualified electrician and work the to be carried out before we install our sunbeds and therefore you see them up and running before our engineers leave your premises.

* If you require up-to 2 sunbeds: Single phase is only required.

* A minimum 50 amp breaker is required per sunbed or VTU, we do recommend a 50 Amp or 63 Amp breaker ( depending on sunbed power) with 10mm cable suppling the power to the room / "single phase" will power up-to 2 sunbeds.

A 3 pole rotary isolator switch, per sunbed room.

* If you require 3 or more of our commercial sunbeds, you will require 3 phase.

* Phone united utilities (regarding 3 Phase) get a form, fill it in and they will then come out and price the job up and tell you what is required for your sunbed-s. / this process can take a few months.

* Contact United Utilities Networks: 0845 050 0108 / then press 2 on your hand-set, then again, press 2 on your hand-set / New electric connection - 3 phase power supply to your premises.

* The "3 phase option" would be better if you are planning to open a sunbed centre with 3 or more of our commercial sunbeds on your premises / however for this option we would only supply 3 sunbeds on profit-share or the rent-to-buy basis, other sunbeds that maybe required would therfore have to be purchased out-right.

You may consider 2 sunbeds to begin with to see how you progress with just single phase without the costly 3 phase connection !
